- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While the level of care I received from Dr Penc was great. His staff is unprofessional, rude, and borderline incompetent. I have been waiting over a month and a half to have a routine procedure scheduled for me. I have called and left messages numerous times with his staff and have yet to have the procedure scheduled. While trying to help this on its way one of his staff laughed at me when I asked for an extension to reach the person in charge of scheduling procedures.
